Our returns policy is 21 working days from despatch of Goods. If you wish to return Goods for credit you must first fill out a returns form. All Goods being returned should be posted at a Post Office please ensure that you have either a proof of postage from the post office or the goods are sent as signed for.

INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS:
Goods which are not defective or damaged; we will refund you the amount paid for the purchase of Goods provided that the Goods are returned within 21 working days, complete, unused and in good condition with the original tags attached. Please note Goods with Special Order Terms (including named Goods) are only refundable or exchangeable if Goods are found to be faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS:
We ask that you allow us to repair, replace or refund you for the purchase price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery. If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 3 working days of any problem and return the Goods to us.
For the sake of clarity, please note we will refund the postage on defective or damaged goods.
Refunds will be made via the same channel that you used for payment of the order. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days.
If you require a replacement item, we would advise you to make a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.
