Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy

All returned items must be in their original packaging with any tags intact.  Once the items are received, we will quality check them to see if they are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are issued within 5 days of receipt.

If you wish to return an item for refund due to you no longer requiring the item or it is too big/small, you, as the consumer, are liable
for the return postage payment of these garments. Items can also be returned to any of our stores for free and our Head Office
(Calverton).

All orders placed throughout the summer for back to school may be returned up until August 31st. After 31st August all returns must be returned to JSW within 14 days. We have a 30 day returns return policy outside of the summer period.

Please note; we cannot accept returns for:

• Bespoke goods
• Items that have been personalised
• Special orders of un-stocked items
