Returns Policy

All returned items must be in their original packaging with any tags intact.

Once we have received the returned items, we will quality check them to decide if they are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are generally issued within 10 days of receipt. All orders placed throughout the summer may be returned up until August 31st. After 31st August all returns must be returned to JSW within 14 days.
