Registration
In order to use our online service, we request that the user create an online account. This will ensure you are able to see order history and manage your account.
Purchasing online
The price of the goods is shown on the relevant pages and includes VAT where applicable. We will send you an Order Confirmation by email to confirm we have received your order. Please also check your junk mail (if not received). If stock is not available, we will contact you via email:
- Will tell you when the item will be available
- Will ask if you would like to cancel your order for the item concerned
- May offer you an alternative size if available
You will still be able to purchase the items, which will then be placed on ‘back order’ (this will be clearly marked on the invoice provided) and despatched to you automatically as soon as it is back in stock. You will only be charged for delivery once, regardless of how many parcels are sent out.
Delivery
Delivery costs are confirmed and added to the total cost of the garments ordered at Checkout. You should allow up to 5 working days for delivery to a home or work address. You will receive an email from DPD providing you with the dispatch/tracking details . Delivery times may be extended during the busy Back to School period (July & August). Free Delivery into school is available where schools permit, please check our website for ‘Delivery Schedule’. School delivery option may be disabled during holiday periods at the discretion of the school.
Returns
There are many reasons why you might want to return an item. Garments should be returned in a new and unused condition., Either to our Head office (Calverton) or any of our stores Free of charge, or Via Royal Mail at your cost.
Personalised items with initials or names, and made-to-measure garments can’t be returned.
We will send you an email when the refund has been processed, and you should allow 3-5 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.
Faulty Items
If you believe a garment is faulty, you should contact Customer Services on 0115 9653461 or email Info@just-schoolwear.co.uk. We may ask you to either return the garment to us or send a photograph. We will inspect the garment and if we believe there is a manufacturing fault we will repair, replace or refund it. If the garment to be returned has been worn, please wash it before posting it to us. Incorrect Items If we have sent you an incorrect item that is not what you ordered, we will exchange , please either contact us on 0115 9652869 or email info@just-schoolwear.co.uk with your order number, and the item you were supposed to receive.
